Requirements - Excellent communication skills- Relevant customer service management experience- Ability to handle and work under pressure and tight deadlines- Should be very flexible in time and understand requirements of a 24/7 geographically distributed operation with different time zones and teams.- Excellent organization skills- Ability to work with numbers and very hands on resource with excellent people management and motivation skills- Should have good knowledge about quality, training, and other supporting workflows.

Обязанности

Primary Responsibilities- Responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects of the website including order fulfillment, shipping methods, payment methods and customer service.- Recruit, train, onboard and evaluate internal and external human resources- Manage overall SLA's, personnel, performance - Establishing and monitoring clear management control- Ensure team members achieve agreed standards in relation to their job assignments- Promote culture, drive, passion and high attention to detail in team members- Develop and implement corrective action plans to improve areas of deficient performance- Able to coordinate team across multiple timezones
