Вакансія IT Recruiter

Evolvice Team is looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Kiev office to take care of hiring and HR management processes.

Responsibilities:

• delivery of recruitment to a successful conclusion for vacancies in Kiev and Germany;
• manage candidates through the end to end recruitment process until fully on-boarded in a way that strengthens and conveys a positive employer brand
• process, verify and maintain personnel related system/database;
• provide candidates with feedbacks and updates on a permanent basis;
• undertake hiring-related work (prepare job offers, inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, tracking etc.) and make sure that the conditions are fulfilled by employee, company and client;
• manage retain process in certain teams (adaptation, motivation, engagement, evaluation, etc.) in accordance with company’s practice.

Requirements:

• 1,5+ years’ experience in IT recruitment at international companies or recruitment agencies;
• profound knowledge in the use of resourcing technologies and social networking to build candidates pools;
• ability to lead full cycle recruitment process smoothly and quickly, working with several positions of different levels at the same time;
• understanding of IT domain specifics and job market;
• good command of English, both written and spoken (German as an advantage).
