Ortnec holdings is a group of companies developing SAAS platforms for the online entertainment industry.

We are on the hunt for a versatile, self-driven, and experienced Senior Media Buyer for our media buying agency (advertising on Facebook).

Senior Media Buyer will have a focus on Facebook, but an understanding of buying across other platforms is desired. Senior Media Buyer position is responsible for seeking out, purchasing, negotiating, and optimizing media space for a variety of content and campaign types.

What the company expects from an employee:

• Search for the most marginal combinations and niches;
• Independent execution of advertising campaigns (Facebook) for varied brands and products (CPA, CPC, revshare);
• Leadership of less experienced Junior Media Buyers;
• Generating ideas and approaches: testing of hypotheses, offers, creatives;
• Maximizing the margin of advertising campaigns and reaching the KPI's
• Looking for new media buying opportunities, and scaling most profitable campaigns;
• Communicate with partners (mostly Affiliates Agencies and networks) to manage the budget daily, make changes based on performance;
• Analyze, report, and iterate on results to drive improvement in revenue and response;

Requirements:

• Proven experience with digital media planning and buying;

• Extensive experience in purchasing traffic and advertising campaigns on Facebook (minimum 6 months);

• Deep understanding of the most profitable combinations and niches;

• Previous results and successfully implemented cases;

• Able to wear both strategic and tactical hats is preferable;

• Exceptionally-detailed knowledge of metrics and ROI analysis;

• Desire to work in a very fast-paced environment and handle multiple initiatives at one time;

• Independent, creative and research approach;

• Intermediate level of English (written is a Must)
