This is a leading role in a global manufacturing organization. The successful candidate will help Recruitment Department to grow, its functions and team competence, and company-wide talent acquisition processes. In this position, the Recruitment Manager oversees overall recruiting and sourcing mission, vision, and long-term strategy of the company and ensure that these are communicated in a way that supports organizations objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator (3+ years)
• Communication skills, which are important in enabling, smooth cross-functional communications
• Executional leadership skills and demonstrated a passion for change leadership with an ability to transform, inspire, and align a team of professionals
• Advanced English (written and oral)
• Experience of team coordination and supervision is preferred
• Ready to move to another city

Responsibilities:

• Effective management of Recruiting department
• Development of recruitment methodology, assessment of its effectiveness and adjustment to achieve its objectives
• Development of a methodology for the adaptation processes
• Organization of the development of procedural documents on the process of recruitment and adaptation
• Management of the budget necessary for the functioning of personnel supply systems, control of its use
• Organization of recruitment measures
• Consolidation and analytical processing of the department's work results
• Development of long-term programs to attract personnel of the strategic segment (work with educational institutions)
• Formation, effective use, motivation and development from the department’s staff
