Вакансія Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant

Our Client, a well-known multinational FMCG company is looking for Receptionist, Administrative Assistant.

Main responsibilities:

• working with suppliers: coordinate orders with courier services, taxi, lunches, translation services;
• preparing reports: day-off balance sheet, lunches, courier orders;
• working with payments: work with incoming payment documents, registration, sign, posting goods and services in SAP system, payment control;
• ordering Low Value Materials on request of HR: cooperation with requester, supplier, work with payment documents;
• supporting HR and Admin projects: events, orders, payments, contract coordination, follow-ups creation after team meetings;
• coordinating Medical insurance - registration of newcomers, sign off, payments;
• supporting in personal administration - time tracking, day-off applications holding
• provoding travel support: visa request, transfer, information support, orders in 1C;
• administrating reception processes: incoming phone calls, incoming and outgoing correspondence, meeting of visitors, mail registration.

Main requirements:

• experience in the role of secretary, assistant, administrator will be a plus;
• service and customer oriented;
• fluent Ukrainian, Russian, English - Upper Intermediate;
• PC skills: MS Office, SAP or 1C will be a plus.
