Вакансія Mid-Level Associate in EY Law (Antitrust and corporate law)

EY is looking for an antitrust and competition lawyer with experience in corporate law to join its Kyiv office.

Our Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in antitrust and competition law practice
• Deep expertise and practical experience in:
  • Obtaining merger clearances and concerted practices permits
  • Corporate law matters (management of registration/liquidation procedures, preparing corporate documents, etc.)
  • Legal advice related to corporate, antitrust & competition
• Fluent spoken and written English, Ukrainian and Russian
• Strong business and legal writing skills
• International LLM may be an advantage

As a Mid-Level Associate, you will:

• Manage the procedures for obtaining of antitrust clearances, including preparing applications and other supporting documents; handling communication with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine
• Provide legal advice and support in relation to antitrust & competition, as well as corporate law matters
• Participate in legal support of M&A transactions and restructuring of business groups
• Conduct legal due diligence
• Supervise junior colleagues and review their deliverables
