Вакансія Tax Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely and accurate submission of CIT, VAT and TP returns
• Preparation and submission of US GAAP tax package
• Managing preparation of TP documentation
• Review of the agreements from a tax standpoint and provide support in agreement preparation
• Support of requests from commercial teams from a tax standpoint
• Proactive analysis of any potential tax opportunity/saving and ways to decrease tax risks (if any)
• Control over the tax function of the group in Ukraine and Russia
• Participation in international projects of the tax European team
• Proactive analysis of any tax rules changes and their effect on the company
• Effective tax planning and forecasting
• Support of VAT refund process

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge in tax legislation (Ukrainian, Russian and International), accounting standards
• Strong computer software skills, SAP is an advantage
• Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian (both writing and verbal)
• 4-5 years of tax related experience. “Big 4” experience is preferred
• ACCA is an advantage
