This is a fast-paced, roll-up-your-sleeves position with a favorable chance to have a significant impact on a success of the new project - Online store with toys from all over the world (targeted for Ukrainian market). This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about online shopping, e-commerce and toys/games to manage and grow the e-shop for a nationally-recognized company

Responsibilities:

• analyzing local customer needs and global market trends of toys to provide positive shopping experience to customers ,
• maintaining relationships with the Store's existing partners pricing and other commercial/contract issues negotiation through business correspondence and communication by phone) ,
• manage existing customer relationships and developing new customer sales to facilitate the growth and profitability of the online store,
• customer management,
• monitoring and managing major customer issues,
• communicaton with lawyers, customs brokers in order to coordinate import of products to Ukraine
• customers support

Qualifications:

• verbal and written communication skills including business correspondence in English ( The Upper intermediate level and higher ),
• good organizational and computer skills,
• project management, problem solving skills,
• sales and customer care experience is an advantage, but not required
