Вакансія Sales Representative

Duties:

• Works within the assigned sales territory, which may include specific current growers/ dealers as well as acquiring new ones.
• Manages the region/crop in accordance with company policies, which includes being safe in all aspects of the position, working with the utmost integrity and conducting business in an ethical manner.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Success will be measured on sales volumes, territory contribution to profit, increasing the vegetable seeds mix, grower satisfaction, new grower acquisition and grower retention.
• Understands customer needs and develops long-term and trusting relationships with customers.
• Keeps abreast of market trends, competitive products, programs and pricing structures.
• Provides ongoing feedback to the management.
• Provides accurate and timely sales forecasts.
• Organizing and conducting Field days, seminars and other events in the areas of responsibility.
• Responsible for the development of new successful projects.
• Conducts all activities with a high level of professionalism and represent Rijk Zwaan and each day in a manner that is respectful and would reflect positively on our company.

Requirements:

• You have a university degree in the relevant disciplines: agronomy, agriculture, business, biology or related sciences field.
• Experience of the Ukrainian agricultural market would be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of vegetable crops and cultivation technology.
• Time, customer and territory management abilities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with effectively demonstrating self motivation, initiative, assertiveness, and results orientation.
• Intermediate Computer Skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes).Driving license category B.
• Fluency in English language.
