Position: Planning Specialist

Job responsibilities:

• Supply contracts- drafts, completion, signatures, filing and files related to contracts
• Receiving and verifying production related documents
• Adding & consuming materials based on production documents
• Controlling of all warehousing activities at toller’s site as well as own plant (bulk-, Big bag-, and Finished goods storage) including stock reconciliation.
• Tracking and consumption of packaging and chemicals materials
• System inventory management, carry over follow-up
• Maintaining of different planning files
• Following write-off activities for obsolete stock
• Month closing operations

Requirements:

• Higher education in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Logistics;
• Prior finance analytical experience is an advantage;
• Analytical skills and attention to details;
• Planning, administration knowledge;
• Advanced user of MS Excel, 1C. Knowledge of SAP is preferable;
• English: upper intermediate level;
• Ability to work in a team and learn quickly;
• High level of personal responsibility and result orientation.
