GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Senior Java Developer to join its Lviv office.

Technology stack on project: Java 8, Play Framework (2.5/2.6), Mysql, AWS.

Customer's business based in California is devoted to developing advanced medical technologies that are simpler, easier and safer to use. This led to the invention of a blood mixer and scale for blood banking organizations. In 2008, ASI came out with a third generation of product, which is now used in nine countries. ASI is entering the hospital environment, with software solutions designed to reduce human data entry errors and duplicative processes.

Customer is planning to develop new product which will make typical Hospital's workflow easier, safer and less affected by human factor. New product will be a game changer on the markets of EMR Systems and medical equipment.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills

• Java SE/Java EE platform: Spring stack or Play or Grails, Dropwizard

• Dependency injections frameworks: Spring/Guice,

• ORM frameworks: Hibernate/OpenJPA/EclipseLink

• Strong SQL knowledge (MysqlPostgre), nice to have experience with

• NoSQL databases.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms(AWSAzureGoogle Clould) and paradigms, requirement analysis, solution architecture and design, resource-based API modeling, micro-services architecture, REST architecture approach, experience with writing documentation for REST services (OpenAPI(Swagger)RAML etc )

• Follower of TDD approach, hands-on experience with JUnitMockito frameworks.

• Experience with version tracking systems(Git)

• Hands-on experience with build automation tools (MavenGradleSBT)

• Experience with concept of Domain Driven Design.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of ScalaAkka.
• DockerKubernetes experience
• Hands on experience with SonarQubeJenkinsCI process.
