Responsibilities:

• Acting as lead Assistant for the Company
• Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
• Preparing expense reports
• Scheduling and organizing domestic and international calls, meetings
• Managing and maintaining busy calendar
• Preparing agendas and materials for leadership and Board meetings
• Drafting and editing written communications
• Identifying operational workflow
• Researching information and analyzing data
• Acting as point person for tracking strategic deliverables for follow through

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working at the executive or C-Suite level as an Assistant
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision or oversight; intuitively understands scheduling and prioritization
• Exceptional analytic, critical thinking, and writing skills
• Demonstrated strength in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced PowerPoint and Excel with proficiency in social media vehicles
• Success juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and flexible under pressure
• Proven ability to maintain confidential information and exercise sound judgment and discretion in all interactions.
• Excellent customer service, accuracy, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to effectively operate at all organizational levels, including Board, executive, staff, and external vendors
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment as a team player and provide support on a wide range of topics
• College degree required
