Main Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or above degree in law;
• English knowledge upper-intermediate or above;
• Good communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills, ready to work independently;
• Experience with nonresident companies as a plus.

Tasks:

• Support of day-to-day activities of the company;
• Handling the tasks of responding to customer queries on legal issues;
• Drafting agreements etc;
• Ongoing maintenance of corporate legal issues;
• Dealing and correspondence with foreign service providers, partners, bank representatives.
