Deloitte is seeking a CR&S Specialist (Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability) to join the Talent department at the Kyiv office.

Deloitte is one of the leading international professional services firms that offers audit, consulting, corporate finance, enterprise risk, and tax and legal services.

The role will involve:

• Coordinate initiatives: green programs, sport and well-being events, charity activities etc.
• Maintain activity calendar.
• Engage employees to corporate volunteering activities.
• Communicate regularly and clearly via internal corporate network. Cooperate with Communications department to prepare external communications on CR&S.
• Assist in the preparation of Sustainability reports.
• Maintain payments procedures.

To be considered you should possess:

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
• Good analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
• Result-oriented
• Flexible, team player, self-motivated
• Strong desire to support the Deloitte community and related activities
• Higher education degree
• Upper-Intermediate English
• 1+ years of experience in CR&S or communications areas will be an asset
• Good communication and writing skills (English and Ukrainian) will be an asset
