Вакансія Managing Director, Capital Markets

This position will manage CEE office based in Kyiv, handling public and private deals, equity and debt capital markets collaboration, collaboration with family offices and HNWIs, execution of financial due diligence, structuring, and other efforts in financial transaction execution and operational reporting.

Position requires at least ten years of prior experience in finance and accounting, with demonstrable managerial, analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills. The position will serve as the central individual to coordinate Octagonal’s financial team, investors and creditors, internal and external counsel, auditors, and other involved parties during transactions. The position will also lead efforts to stay abreast of applicable new standards, rules, and regulations. Cross-border, multi-industry experience, and fluency in Ukrainian and English required. Experience in both agriculture and infrastructure is a plus.

- Success in deep due diligence and analysis

- Success in deal closing

- Strong understanding of various accounting reporting methods

- Excellent structuring and financial modeling abilities with various software

- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

- Success in structuring and completing private and public placements, sales, and transactions

- CFA and MBA from leading American institutions strongly preferred

- CPA strongly preferred
