This position will manage the analysis and execution of multiple M&A (e.g. mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, equity investments) in key markets including the Americas, CEE, and MENA, SEA. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial modeling, due diligence investigation, and the negotiation of deal terms and legal agreements. Position requires at least five years of prior M&A experience; cross-border and multi-industry experience preferred.
Applicant must be able to:
- manage the creation of financial models to assess the economic value of potential transactions taking into account market conditions, regulatory environment, competitive conditions, internal strategy, and existing business and technical operations;
- demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication, organization, and documentation skills;
- demonstrate excellent understanding of regulatory framework navigation; and
- develop presentations for leadership including Octagonal executive leadership and board
