Вакансія Infrastructure and Agriculture Fund Manager

This position will be based in our CEE office in Kyiv, and will manage all steps in transaction execution including origination, due diligence, financial modelling, structuring on a deal and post-deal basis, and portfolio management for Octagonal’s investments in agriculture, infrastructure, and food security.

Position requires at least ten years of successful fund and investment management experience with demonstrable asset management, investment and exit transaction execution, organizational, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Expertise in agribusiness, infrastructure, and food security required. Experience in international institutional and individual investor relations, international transaction experience, and fluency in Ukrainian and English also required.

Applicant must be able to demonstrate:

- Success as a fund and investment manager

- Success in management of portfolio company financial and operational restructuring

- Excellence in transaction structuring in both investment and exit via private sale or public placement

- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices

- Deep understanding of fund regulatory requirements and compliance procedures

- Deep understanding of finance and operations in agribusiness and infrastructure

- Deep understanding of international trade policies and agriculture import and export regulatory trends

- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and public speaking skills

- ESTJ, ESTP personality type

- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills

- MBA from leading American institutions strongly preferred
