British American Tobacco is looking for recruitment specialist to contribute to challenging & exciting project. The job provides real experience and an opportunity to build expertise for the further development in HR.

Recruitment Specialist will be primarily involved into recruitment and training activities.

Responsibilities:

• Job postings, phone interviews, test assignments
• Interviews scheduling & logistics
• Support in the trainings' organization
• Update of company job sites profiles
• Other activities supporting project

Qualifications & Experience:

• Ability to work full time
• Fluent English and Ukrainian
• Excellent writing skills
• Good PC skills (esp., MS PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to work with several tasks & projects effectively
• Recruitment experience & events organization experience will be an advantage
• Previous social activities or membership in youth organizations will be an advantage

Skills, Competencies & Languages:

• Friendly personality with natural interest in other people
• "Can do" attitude
• Ability to find insights from everyday activities
