OpsWorks Inc. is a Ukrainian-based professional DevOps and system administration team delivering complex engineering solutions and remote IT support services. We are looking to expand our team with a self-driven, highly motivated Recruiter who will fill our talent needs.The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, recruiting and hiring and demonstrate the ability to identify and attract strong talent. Professional ethic and demeanor is required each day, as this person will be the face of the company. This is a full-time and a long-term position.

Your Qualifications/Skills:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in IT field;

  • Ability to build and lead full cycle recruitment process;

  • Experience in filling marketing vacancies, such as PMM, SEO, Copywriters;

  • Experience utilizing social media and internet-based recruiting tools;

  • High degree of responsibility, strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize needs;

  • Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills;

  • Ability to maintain a consistently fast-pace in delivering results;

  • Ability to consult applicants, market OpsWorks as a great place to work, and negotiate compensation;

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;

  • Upper-intermediate English is a must.

You will be responsible for:

  • Full life-cycle recruiting;

  • Collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to identify current and future employment needs;

  • Utilizing a variety of recruiting methods including job boards, social media, and networking to maximize candidate sourcing and grow OpsWorks' employment brand.

  • Attracting a pipeline of quality candidates for technical and managerial positions;

  • Creating job descriptions; make enhancements to existing job descriptions.

  • Researching and investigation new sourcing ideas and tools.
