Miratech sales, customer support, and research & development centers are in Israel, Norway, Poland, Philippines, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, and the United States of AmericaAnd now Miratech is looking forFront Office Manager.Our Front Office Manager should be the soul of our office.Responsibilities• Supervise, manage and improve all Services, provided by the Office Manager’s team• Plan, organize and control various administrative functions for best office life of our employees, organize office operations and procedures• Establish work procedures and schedules, and keep track of the daily work of the front office staff (receptionists, corporate drivers and couriers)• Maintain in good order and undertake regular inspections of all company areas (meeting rooms, public zones and offices) to ensure that all areas, installations and equipment are in a clean, perfect condition, well maintained and replaced / renewed as required• Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting• Manage existing contracts and price negotiations with office vendors, suppliers, service providers and office lease, ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time• Organize the office layout and order office stationery, equipment and furniture, supervise implementation of new office systems• Organize office maintenance and repair work• Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and other services• Ensure the reception of guests and delegations, provide general support to visitors• Maintain all office correspondence, ensure a speedy phone and message service at all times, collect transport applications and plan driver’s work schedules• Manage projects related to the office support, but located outside the officeRequirements• Proven experience as an Administrative Director, Office or Front Office Manager• Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedure• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Outlook and Excel, in particular)• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment• Attention to detail, customer-service oriented and problem solving skills, stress tolerance• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills• High School degree• English — higher intermediateWe offer• Strong career opportunities for professionals• Professional development support• Competitive compensation, advanced bonus systems• 20 working days of paid vacations and paid sick leaves• Flexible work schedule with a possibility for teleworking• Corporate health insurance program• Foreign languages classes and communication with native speakers• Corporate mobile service compensation in case there’s business need• Modern and conveniently located offices with good working conditions• Sport room, children room• In-house canteen or kitchen, free fruit• Corporate, social and cultural events
