Home Based English Teacher WantedAbout the company,The fast growing Chinese start-up Beijing Waijiao Education Technology is in search of new online teachers before the start of the busy summer season. Your job, in case you pass the interview and (paid) training course will be teaching English online to students 8 to 16 years old.Job DescriptionDeliver online lessons to students of particular grade levelEvaluate and grade students' class work and participationRemain aware of class procedures and use of instructional materialsProvide effective feedback to guide student earning and success Set-up: Online Group Class (8 – 20 students)Student age range: 8 - 16 years oldTeaching materials: provided by Waijiaoyi EducationClass length: 2 x 25 minutes or 50minsWorking Schedule: (Beijing Time)Job RequirementsExcellent command of the English languagePositive and energetic attitudeLove working with kids and teenagersTEFL / TESOL will be considered as an advantageWeekly Working Hours10-20 hoursHourly Rate10$--12$ based on teachers previous experience and English proficiency levelPaid training course (4 hours)Other Benefits 1 KPI - Monthly PerformanceIf the teacher gets 85% score out of 100 on his/her monthly evaluation, he/she is entitled to KPI bonus which is 5% of his/her monthly salary.
