Requirements:
• higher technological education;
• 4+ years experience working in technical support or customer service
• working knowledge of WAN
working knowledge of Bitrix
• understanding of retail business process
• knowledge of warehouse logistics
• knowledge of LAN, networking equipment
• excellent knowledge of 1C 8.3
• Windows system administration (Win Server 2008 and more)
• service and support: AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, EXCHANGE, SQL etc.
• good English communication and writing;
• ability to be part of a 12×7 on-call rotation.
Personal skills:
• good problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
• works well on a team;
• good organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• opening of new stores (purchase, mounting, support)
• contracts management (internet, outsource companies etc)
• counseling, support the company’s employees
• monitoring of contractors
• 1C administration
• support of web-site (Bitrix).
