We are currently looking for a highly motivated, determined and experienced Marketing Manager to join our upscale, upbeat international hotel chain.

Main responsibilities:

• Working at SMM Advertising (Facebook, Instagram)
• Work with external partners: designers, poligrafy, advertising agencies
• Evaluate and solicit new marketing, partnership, and barter opportunities
• Create advertising and promotional programs for hotel
• Communicate with advertisers and PR agencies, post to social media channels
• Prepare and present periodic marketing activity reports
• Collaboration with other departments regarding sales, event planning, advertising, promotions

The candidates should possess:

• At least 2 years relevant work experience in the field within multinational company (previous experience in hospitality an advance but not a must)
• Understanding of marketing and brand practices

  Ability to monitor and understand consumer behavior and trends

• Excellent communication, presentation, writing and negotiation skills and good customer focus, perfect organizational and interpersonal skills, time management
• Fluency in Ukrainian, English & Russian - a must
• Ability to work in a big team and learn quickly
• Being career oriented
• Advanced University/Institute degree
• Computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint)
