Required:
Skills and Qualifications:
— 2+ years of working experience
— Perfect communicative skills
— Experience in agile development methodologies
— Leadership and team motivation skills, decision making
— Ability to guide others through complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty
— Consulting skills, ability to elaborate ideas, explain technical concepts in a simple way, convey technical visions to business people
— Experience in fixed price project management techniques and practices is highly desirable
— Upper-intermediate written and spoken English level
— Experience with project-management tools, like Jira, Trello
Personal qualities:
— Self-motivated
— Long-term results oriented
Key Responsibilities:
— Post-sale negotiations and product elaborations
— Full-cycle project management from business idea to successful delivery
— Management of medium or scale software projects
— Communication with English-speaking clients
— Working with developers & designers teams
— Making sure that all development team (including client) are on the same page
— Set correct customer expectations, hold internal contributors accountable for their deadlines & deliverables; pro-actively follow up with process participants
— Ensure quality of the process and deliverables
