UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to promote UkrSibbank BNP Paribas employer brand
  • Partner with Brand & Communications team to produce Employer Branding marketing campaigns
  • Maintain & develop innovative & diversified sourcing strategy for graduate recruitment and identify universities to be targeted to meet Business / Functions expectations & budgeted hires
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand position requirements, and advise them on policies, processes, recruiting initiatives and compliance.
  • Review internal and external candidate’s resumes and assess their fit.
  • Conduct screens, provide candidate assessments, and recommend selected candidates to hiring manager for further consideration.
  • Manage all candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Achieve metrics and goals including quality of applicant pools, number of hires, and time-to-fill
  • Attend job fairs to promote UkrSibbank BNP Paribas employer brand
  • Manage requests for regular and ad hoc reports on recruitment

    Experience and Qualifications required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Experience in Employer Brand promotion through social networks (facebook, linkedin, ect)
  • 1+ year of full-cycle recruiting or human resources consulting experience or a combination of both is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
  • Experience with Infographics is a plus
  • English language knowledge at upper-intermediate level
  • Must have a strong foundation and understanding of direct candidate sourcing, with proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to include name generation and cold calling
  • Excelent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Result oriented with sense of urgency
  • Strong work ethic
