KPMG Operational Excellence team helps companies improve their operations while driving value from changes in organization, location, process, technology and sourcing.

We team up with our clients to focus on their key success factors and identify the cost drivers for the company. We aim to bring significant cost savings from implementing more efficient operating models, improve value for money from outsourcing contracts and develop the right people and processes alongside a culture.

Associate Director position in our Operational Excellence Group is an excellent opportunity to join a team of leading experts in consulting business, manage complex and exciting projects for key industry leaders as well as number of smaller companies and participate in development of new, cutting-edge business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Managing the following project assignments: operating model transformation, cost optimization, shared services, centers, business processes outsourcing, total productive maintenance and Lean Six Sigma;
• Developing and maintaining client relationships;
• Coaching and performance management of the team;
• Monitoring quality of services and advice;
• Driving business development initiatives (sales and client relation activities) and new product development.

To fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:

• Higher education (degree preferably in business, economics, mathematics);
• MBA degree, relevant qualification (ACCA, CIMA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma) desirable;
• At least 7 years of professional experience, including management consulting (Big4/ other proven international consultancies) and industry experience in an international company/ large corporation;
• Proven successful track record;
• Solid project management experience;
• Fluent written and spoken English, Ukrainian and Russian;
• Excellent project and people management skills;
• Outstanding leadership skills, effective team player, strong interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask;
• Advanced presentation and verbal communication skills;
• Demonstrated strength in building client relationships and developing business opportunities.
