Вакансія Senior Associate / Associate in Corporate Disputes and Defending against raiding

Responsibilities:

• Representation of clients' interests in commercial, administrative and civil courts as well as before government agencies including law enforcement agencies
• Managing of clients' litigation projects
• Advising clients on dispute resolution and other legal issues
• Preparation of legal memoranda, legal opinions, letter of advice
• Communication with clients, preparation of commercial offers and presentations
• Monitoring and analyzing of legislative changes, preparation of Newsletters and Legal Alerts
• Legal support for projects of the practice
• PR activity (publications, comments, conferences etc.)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience (Corporate Disputes, Defending against raiding, greenmailing)
• Attorney’s license is a must
• Advanced level of English is a must
• Ukrainian university Degree in Law is a must, LL.M. degree is highly appreciated
• Good practical knowledge of commercial proceedings, commercial and civil law
• Excellent legal writing and research skills
• Strong analytical thinking and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach to work, high level of self-motivation
• High level of presentation, time management, prioritization
• Ability to work with extensive information volumes in short terms
