Junior Product Marketing Analyst (Cloud / Virtualization and Network solutions)

Netcracker’s Product Marketing department is responsible for development and promotion of portfolio value proposition across internal and external audience. For this purpose we make market research, create marketing collateral and leverage various channels for information distribution.

The Junior Product Marketing Analyst is a team member engaged into development of a broad set of marketing and presale materials and providing support for ongoing product marketing activities within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and brush up marketing and presale content.
• Run quality assurance for documentation developed within the product marketing team.
• Conduct research and provide support for product marketing team with relevant information about telecom market data and trends, competitors, offerings and other.
• Communicate and collaborate with experts from other departments on company’s products and solutions in order to keep marketing materials up to date.
• Assist in coordination of product marketing projects within the company.
• Provide on-demand support for events, pre-sale activities, RFx responses under experts’ guidance.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience in developing marketing materials/content in English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Upper Intermediate/Fluent English.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Ability to learn and grasp new information/processes.
• Ability to cooperate/work with people in a multi-cultural environment.
• "Can do" attitude and proactive approach to problem solving.
• Working experience in telecom/IT market or relevant education is a significant plus.
• Organizational/project management skills are a significant plus.
