Our Client, a well-known international FMCG company, is announcing an opening for Team a Project Management Officer position.

Main responsibilities:

• managing monthly Inflow/Outflow, updating projection of month-on-month evolution;
• collecting, reconciling information from Key Market stakeholders);
• performing internal monthly closure activities;
• tracking progress of all project deliverables and their quality;
• performing transitions reviews and organization assessment on project/transition management to check adherence to the methodology, identify gaps and propose recommendations;
• identifying key risks and issues, scope changes and take appropriate actions to resolve them;
• performing project quality checks and audits, ensuring compliance with the methodology;
• controlling a common transition documentation repository;
• ensuring good quality reporting is available on a periodic basis;
• setting up, tracing all program KPIs to monitor the execution of the roadmap;
• evaluating new tools, which can be used in the reporting cycle (Power BI, Tableau...).

Main Requirements:

• University Degree in Economics / International relations / Mathematics;
• experience with a cross-functional process scope with a high degree of change impacts, which may include organizational change;
• good knowledge of new technologies or major changes to solutions or processes;
• Fluent level of English;
• experience in managing team;
• strong interpersonal, organizational skills.
