BookBuses Inc. is a technology company based in New York City, New York. We are an online platform that offers fast pricing and booking of charter buses.

Profile:

Our company is looking for an account manager. Your job is to engage with inbound potential customers. There are no outbound phone sales and WE NEVER DO COLD CALLING. However, you should be courteous and polite on the phone while helping potential customers and create long term fans of our company. In addition, you should be clear and concise in your communication, a good listener, and a problem solver.

Requirements:

• Speak and write fluently in English in a professional manner. US English preferred.
• Attention to detail is important.
• Profient in Goolge Docs and Sheets.
• Be willing to work by United States time 9 am - 5 pm (East Coast).

Advantages:

• Previous experience in business development or sales.
• Previous experience in logistics, travel or transportation.
• Previous experience in CRM and Phone Systems.
• Previous experience working for an American Company.

Duties:

• Connect and reply to inbound leads and help them get the best bus for their event.
• Be in contact with our vendors and negotiate prices and terms.
• Help customers make a decision and book trips with BookBuses.
• Follow up customers, evaluate trips, and retain customers.
