Junior Finance Сontroller

Key accountabilities

• Providing partnership to the other departments in important business decisions from a finance perspective. Take a proactive role in controlling the business performance and supporting the business to achieve targeted result.
• Play a key role in the continued development of deliverables including reporting, budgeting and planning process by partnership with the teams across the company
• Financial control in accordance with requirements of legislation and standards for a group.
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports according to IFRS standards.
• Running the process of monthly budgeting and forecasting within all key business departments.
• Analysis and comments of expenses’ deviations from forecast data for monthly, quarterly and annual figures in reports.
• Maintaining control over working capital and cash flow.
• Monitoring day-to-day financial operations, communications with internal departments.

Requirements to candidates

• Higher University degree (Finance, Cybernetics).
• Experience in Finance & Control (2-3 years).
• Advanced knowledge and experience in accounting and financial analysis.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Excel, Access), SAP
• English – Upper-Intermediate.
• Strong communication skills: oral and written; ability to convince opponents on the truth of one's judgments.
• Structured thinking and ability to take data-driven business decisions.
