Вакансія Marketing Manager

Mission of the job:

Drive the implementation of the Marketing campaigns designed to achieve the revenue target of the country.

Responsibilities:

• Market analytics, customer insights and business opportunity identification and ability to address it with product and marketing mix
• Development of product positioning and launch of new product to the market including advisory support to sales team (acting as an interface between product development and the fields sales force)
• Close collaboration with headquarter and local team in portfolio management, operational planning and execution of marketing activities
• Establishment of strong business relationships and cross-functional cooperation with Technical Development, Sales, Customer Service and other functions
• Development and implementation of various promotional activities and marketing programs for clients
• Development and execution of communication plan – in productive cooperation with headquarter Communication team and local marketing support team
• Productive cooperation with business partners (Advertising and Event agencies, POSM providers, Marketing intelligence agencies, PR agencies etc)
• Management and control of marketing budget

Qualifications:

• University Degree (Agriculture or related). Education in Marketing will be a plus.
• Experience in planning and executing of marketing campaigns
• Experience in new product launches
• Experience in matrix international organization would be a plus
• Proactive approach and influencing skills
• Analytical skills and ability to prepare meaningful analysis and reports.
• Ability to create compelling and inspiring strategies
• Result oriented, ability to work independently, take ownership for his work and results
• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English both written and spoken
• Professional level of computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
