As Brand Manager you should orchestrate the launches and push growth of pillar products, to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement consumers recruitment and animation action plan, new product launches
• Local adaptation and development of promotional materials to support brand
• Develop and implement promotional and trade marketing plan and marketing tools
• Analyze market and consumer data and make recommendations
• Manage promotional and animation PPP budget for and ensure sales forecast accuracy
• Contribute elaboration of brand development strategy in Ukraine

Your Background:

• Degree in Marketing or General Economics ​
• Relevant experience in marketing 3+ years
• Sensitivity to products and beauty industry
• Excellent analytical skills
• Creative approach
• Proficient Excel
• Fluent English
• Strong communication, organizational and project leading skills
