KPMG Ukraine is looking for IT Recruiter.
This position is part of Product Development Center — business-unit working with external and internal clients.

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct the full-cycle recruitment and selection process for technical roles
• Sourcing potential candidates by job boards, advertising (Facebook, Linkedin, DOU), direct head-hunting and other resources
• Reviewing resumes for requirements and leading pre-screen interviews
• Interviewing candidates for assessing skills and suitability for the position
• Collecting, inputting and reporting recruitment data and metrics
• Leverage social networking and cutting edge recruiting technologies to connect with a broad talent network
• Participate in the development of recruiting strategy
• Optimize recruitment processes

Key requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment (IT recruitment agencies, IT companies)
• Good understanding of IT job market
• Deep understanding of the full IT recruitment cycle, including but not limited to candidate identifying, screening, interview and labor relations negotiation;
• Basic understanding of programming technologies
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Ability to work independently and in a result-oriented and structured way
• Self-motivated, dedicated and willing to go extra mile.

Will be an advantage:

• Intermediate+ written and spoken English
• Experience in direct sourcing and headhunting techniques to identify and engage highly targeted and specific candidates
