Your responsibilitiesIdentification, consulting, concept and implementation of continuous process and system optimization in SAP HCM and associated add-on solutionsImplementation of Change Requests to the GSS SAP HCM in cooperation with departments and partnersGroup-wide, technical support with a focus on the booking interface, coordination, support and processing of regular support packages in a complex Shared Services system landscapeDevelopment of concepts, implementation, performance of functional tests, documentation and troubleshooting Internal and external contact person and interface for our customers and partners (consulting, support and training) Participation in migration, standardization and other projectsYour profileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or related Willingness to become deeply involved in the technical subjects of German payroll accounting; experience is desirable Excellent customizing knowledge in SAP HCM PA / PY and the add-on products, ideally, experience in SAP SolMan ChaRM and in the handling of support packagesIdeally, experience in roll out or implementation projectsWillingness to travel Fluent written and spoken English and GermanExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications •Strong service thinking skills and service orientationFlexibility and good interpersonal skills Excellent problem solving and decision making skillsExcellent communication skills Ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to detailsWhat we offer youAt thyssenkrupp you will be able to broaden your horizon – thanks to an „open door” culture, international teams and a wide range of individual training courses.
