Our Client, an international IT Company, is looking for Service Now Developer.

Main responsibilities:

• providing Application support;
• performing all aspects of Platform Administration, Design, Development, and implementation of solutions for the Service Now platform;
• implementing all Service Now modules including ITSM, GRC, Report, Discovery, Orchestration, PPM, and other modules;
• customize Service Now in the following areas: Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Scripts, ServicePortal, and API WebHooks;
• working with the team to ensure the most valuable requirements;
• targeting and driving application automation and streamlining workflow within the business application team.

Main requirements:

• deep knowledge in the development of Service Now;
• extensive and proven experience in ITSM/CMDB tools;
• extensive understanding of multiple Microsoft systems;
• understanding of Database platforms;
• commercial experience of working on and running large web application infrastructures;
• understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, CMDB, service request);
• experience in environment creation, configuration, and automation (Powershell).
