6 years ago NexGenDesign started a sales agency that helped customers to find the best software development providers in Eastern Europe. Now the main direction of our company is digital marketing. We are writing interesting and engaging content for international media. Our main clients are from USA and Europe. We are growing and looking for a head of content department to join our team and lead a part of our agency.

You should apply if you:

• Are fluent in written and spoken English

• Have 3 or more years in management;

• Managed at least 10 people for the last 3 years;

• Have experience as a Content Writer or Editor on competitive markets;

• Have practical knowledge in management (planning, controlling, organizing and motivating group of people);

• Understand principles of how tasks and processes can work in parallel;

• Have experience building quality control based on specific metrics;

Responsibilities:

• Building clear system for in-house and remote content writers;

• Creating quality standards, guidelines for writers and editors;

• Organizing search of new content writers (various languages);

• Day-to-day management of writers and editors;

• Process management software integration.
