Вакансія Junior associate in International Arbitration Practice (Kyiv)

To expand the International Arbitration Practice in Eterna Law is looking for a junior associate. This position in based at our Kyiv office.

We seek a motivated and dedicated person who will assist a team of lawyers focused on advising on highly valued international commercial, corporate and investment matters.

Skills/Experience/Qualifications Required:

• Degree in law from reputable state universities (LLM is a plus);
• Experience of work in reputable local or international law firm;
• Good knowledge of arbitral proceedings;
• Be familiar with procedural rules of the core international arbitration institutions;
• Experience of moot court competitions in the area of international arbitration is a plus
• Relevant experience in representing clients’ interests in international arbitration institutions is a plus;
• Fluent spoken and written legal and business English is a must;
• Excellent analytical skills; Attention to the details;
• Strong time management and organizational skills;
• Resilience and tenacity - able to remain effective and focused under pressure;
• Results-driven personality;
• Confidence to interact at all levels;
• Team-player;
• Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
