We announce vacant position HR generalist

Main responsibility:

• Leading performance appraisal process
• Planning and implementing the T&D plan
• Support the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategy for both internal & external audiences
• Support internship program
• Work collaboratively with web-sites and social medias in order to build employer brand equity
• Develop and implement internal communcation strategy
• Support internal web-site
• Developing and implementing non-monetary motivation projects
• Support in corporate events organization

We expect:

• University degree
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
• English - upper-intermediate level
• Effective communication, interpersonal team involvement and organizational skills with effective ability to adjust to change
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Result oriented, fast learner, flexible to changes, team player
