Project Description:

Our new customer is a venture production studio building decentralized applications and various developer and end-user tools for blockchain ecosystems, primarily focused on Ethereum.

Their "hub" coordinates, incubates, accelerates and spawns "spoke" ventures through development, resource sharing, acquisitions, investments and the formation of joint ventures. These spokes benefit from foundational components that enable new services and business models to be built on the blockchain.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the technical specification and implementation.
• Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development of solution.
• Develop the technical solutions, implement them and perform the component integration tests to a high standard and well documented.
• Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes, and build this into the design.
• Understand the large scale thinking and approach needed for success of the project.
• Understand operational, regulatory and other risks related to the project.

Skills:

Technology Requirements:

• Languages: Javascript
• Experience with Postgres/Greenplum or other timeseries db
• Understand REST and Swagger documentation
• Comfortable working with Linux
• Docker/Kubernetes understanding

Skills Required:

• Flexible in technology stack usage, eager to learn new technologies and to adjust to Product needs
• Proficient communication and English language skills (written/verbal);
• Experience in UI mockups
• 2+ years Back-end development experience on Javascript is a MUST
• English - not lower than upper intermediate
• Experience in Scrum/Kanban
• Basic knowledge of security principles
