As we continue to expand and grow, we are happy to invite a Full Stack Technical Lead to join Incode group company.

Who we are looking for? Proactive star, who will lead and take care of Incode Internship Project and participate in technical evaluation and code review of the team.

Requirements:

- Experience with JavaScript (3+ years);

- Good knowledge of modern architectural approaches and patterns;

- Experience with Angular2 +, ReactJS, NodeJS (would be a heavy plus);

- Experience with SQL / NoSQL DBs (2+ years);

- Able to create client-server API;

- Willing to share experience and knowledges;

- Willing to lead and manage the team;

- Write a clean and high quality code;

- Upper Intermediate English.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct a code review of the team;

- Lead and mentor Incode Internship Project;

- Conduct interviews and technical evaluation of potential candidates;

- Participate in performance review to evaluate developer skills;

- Develop IDP JS Developers Plan together with HRM;

- Participate in external technical events, conferences, seminars;

- Minimum encoding load unless you want to :)
