Requirements:- Have strong written and spoken English (upper intermediate) - French language is an asset (not required)- Previous customer support experience - Ability to communicate clearly, respectfully- Being responsible for your own work, independent - Ability to resolve customer support issues on the phone and via email - Ability to analyze technical documentation (training provided)- EDI, software background is a BIG asset - Communicate with managers in Canada and provide reports Working conditions:- Work online from 7am - 3pm.- Have your own computer and internet access Duties: Customer and Technical support (in English) Client registrations, and implementation support Client training and demonstrations
