We are looking for a Digital Marketing Country Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

What does a Digital Marketing Country Manager do?

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead team, integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. You have to make sure your allocated country growth, team management and your alignment with company overall growth strategy

Responsibilities:

• Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
• Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
• Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
• Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
• Overseeing the social media strategy for the country.
• Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
• Managing the redesign of the company country specific website.
• Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
• Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all country specific digital marketing
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.​

Requirements of the role:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing.
• Qualified experience working with platforms like Facebook, Google Adwords, Retargeting and Remarketing platform providers, Email Marketing and etc.
• Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmes.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
• Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
• Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.

• Work & Live in Dubai - UAE
• Sitting for extended periods of time.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers (or skill with adaptive devices) to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computing equipment.
