Danone is announcing an opening of Senior Buyer (Sales&Marketing) position in Kyiv.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Update, develop, implement and follow the procedures of Indirect purchases: Sales and Marketing categories in order to comply with the parent company general terms and conditions of purchase;
• Analyze, conduct and record market research for constant improving of supplies;
• Maintain relationship with vendors and contractors to ensure good reliable sources of supply and information;
• Optimize purchases, arrange tenders and bids comparison to secure the best possible pricing, quality and other terms;
• Negotiate contracts to ensure optimal costs, terms and reliable supply;
• Follow all required document operations formalities and finalize the contracting process, liaise with all related departments to complete the delivery;
• Ensure thorough and full purchase and inventory records (goods receipt, service entry) to provide accurate accounting of all purchases goods and services;
• Process to conclusion all disputed purchases of goods and services.

Experience and qualifications required:

• Higher education (Master or bachelor degree);
• 2+ years experience in Multinational company;
• English (Intermediate);
• Effective communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to multi-task.
