Вакансія HR Services Specialist (Analyst)

Reward Specialist will provide administrative and operational support within HR Department in the HR Services processes (headcount planning, budgeting, International Assignments and other).

Mandatory requirements:

• Higher education
• Experience in Multinational companies
• Languages: Ukrainian, English - advanced level
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel in particular)
• Excellent time management skills, high work efficiency, team work
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Deadline driven and result-oriented personality

Main responsibilities:

• International Assignees processes coordination: participation in compensation package preparation, payroll arrangement, providing support and advise on International Assignees questions
• Functional and International Assignees budget preparation on quarterly basis
• Support in Reward cycle processes (headcount planning, salary review, bonus payment)
• Dealing with ad-hoc requests in Reward area
