British American Tobacco has a challenging position as an Factory Scheduling ( Planning) Manager in Prilucky, Ukraine.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES COVER THE FOLLOWING:

· Manage full cycle of production planning. Make sure all potential constraints are eliminated in advance with no impact on production, drive efficient issue resolution where it can’t be avoided.

· Ensure weekly and monthly planning processes are adhered to both from local and regional sides. Establish efficient communication flow with Production and other Supply Chain Departments as well as relevant End Markets.

· Make sure execution of the daily production planning is performed by the team with excellent SAP utilization.

· Support all new product launches with deep planning expertise and guidance.

ABOUT YOU:

· Higher Education

· Managerial position and experience in Production Scheduling

· Experience in using SAP (or other ERP system) - preferable

· Proven change implementation experience

· Strong strategic and people leadership capabilities

· Excellent English, Ukrainian, Russian
