Project Description:

We are looking for DB Group team member who will take part in support and development of our corporate systems including data warehouse and reporting platform.

Responsibilities:

• Taking part in development process of DB group team, being involved in full life cycle of Internal Automation Department projects
• Providing L3 technical support and troubleshooting of Tableau and Datawarehouse (SQL Server) systems
• Communicating with various corporate project teams
• Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
• Keeping actuality of technical documentation and manuals

Skills:

• Engineering Degree
• 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or a troubleshooting environment
• 1+ years of experience as MS SQL developer or MS SQL DBA
• 1+ years of experience with MS SQL Server BI stack (SSIS, SSAS)
• Good English level to communicate with native speakers, strong reading and writing skills
• Good communication skills and team player attitude
• BI tools knowledge (QlikView, Tableau), understanding of dashboards design is a plus
• .NET experience is a plus
