Job purpose and key deliverables

• OTIF Campaign materials delivery within budget following internal BAT procedures
• Budget monitoring ongoing
• In time and in a full-scale document flow

Key Accountabilities

• Supporting process of samples (POP, 1-2-1, trade comm., staff advocacy, other) development by coordinating comments deployment from BAT internal, suppliers, agency, Legal approval collection, Testing in retail
• Suppliers tender bidding check control
• Mass production and purchasing orders placement, contracts signing
• Materials Delivery to warehouses check control
• SRM Purchasing Orders, contracts and other documents with suppliers and internally required
• Collaboration with Back office, Procurement, warehouses
• Campaign Budget use monitoring (cash flow report preparing, WBS reallocation requests)
• Materials installation status reports, materials quality feedbacks collection and analysis
• Requests to/from Trade Field Force/Shopper marketing stream –materials q-ty & splits,
• Administration of team daily operations (Meetings schedule & coordination (rooms, minutes, etc),
• Administration of Trade communication activities (scheduling & coordination with regions)
• Records management (shared folders, archive, materials samples storage, etc.)

Requirements:​​

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant sphere
• Ukrainian/Russian languages – native, English – Upper-Intermediate
• Profound Technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, other)
• Proven Analytical Skills
• Suppliers/Agency management
• Ability to communicate effectively, possessing presentation and negotiation skills
• Project management experience (optional)
