Our client is a large foreign company – the leader of food production industry announces a competition on vacant position of Marketing Intelligence Lead, Belarus

General Purpose

• Identify and translate market opportunities into actionable recommendations that enable the organization to drive incremental revenue, market share and deeper penetration of customer base.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Create a holistic systematic approach to gathering, analyzing, reporting and managing market data
• Present regular marketing intelligence reports to key manager in the company
• Support the marketing team and sales force with accurate market statistics
• Prepare and manage budget, research plan and allocate resources
• Integrate various internal and external reporting systems into a single unified data collection and management framework.

Requirements

Qualification

• University degree in marketing / economics / statistics or comparable. Master’s and or any other further qualification in marketing is appreciated.

Experience

• Proven ability to effectively manage large-scale market research including:
• Market, economic & industry analysis/reporting
• Competitive analysis and reporting
• Industry trends analysis and reporting
• Consumer trends analysis, reporting and recommendations
• Brand Tracking research
• Consumer satisfaction research
• Product research
• Consumer segmentation
• Advertising/message testing
• Pricing monitoring
• Retail audit
• Shelf presence monitoring

Knowledge

• Proficient with tools/applications for statistical analysis and database querying such as Nielsen
• Commercial understanding of corporate and operational business issues
• Understanding of marketing strategy, planning issues, budgeting, priority setting
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to understand business strategies, tactics and implement measurable research plans
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral are required
• Good Presentation skills are required
• Interpersonal skills
• You are result oriented, independent, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
• Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of the organization both within – Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations
• International mobility
• English fluency, readiness to pass an interview in English
