Вакансія HR generalist

Kyiv Office of the large international agrarian company is looking for a skilled and experienced HR Generalist who will support a regional team in HR consultancy and driving service to deliver best HR practices. HR Generalist will develop, manage and coordinate a variety of human resource-related programs and activities, aligned with local legislation and corporate policies.

Responsibilities:

1. Cover all HR aspects by applying the legal environment and internal policies
2. Lead activities around hires, dismissal, promotions, sick leave, vacations, etc.
3. Monitor all personal data and update it in internal database
4. Ensure HR procedures and policies are followed by employees
5. Advise for all topics related to HR to the management and employees
6. Optimize existing HR processes and locally implement new global processes
7. Participate in cross-organizational project work, also across the HR functions
8. Create and maintain a strong network within the HR community

Education, experience, skills:

1. University degree or equivalent
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR area
3. Familiar with Labor legislation
4. Fluent in English
5. Computer literate (1C, MS Office)
6. Experience in identifying and resolving issues independently, taking initiative even under unfamiliar situations
7. Readiness for short-term business trips (2-3 days)
